Marla is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Ramboll. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience across a range of infrastructure and buildings projects plus international experience in Asia. She is passionate about sustainability and has led the implementation of sustainability best practise into geotechnical design at Ramboll. She has led production of the EFFC-DFI Climate Adaptation & Resilience Guide, collaborating with professionals globally to create guidance for the industry on how to incorporate climate adaptation & resiliency considerations into both design processes and construction practises. She is also an active member of the AGS Sustainability Working Group.
